He is survived by: his wife Karon Conrad of Shermans Dale, PA; his children, Raquel Rothermel (Brent), Nickole (Mike Hoffman) and Anthony Conrad (Leslie); and his siblings, Ray Conrad, Connie Shellenberger (Joe), Cecile Eppley, Marie Kuykendall and Shelby Martin. He is also survived by grandchildren, one great grandchild and other family members and friends.
