He is survived by: his wife Carole Johnston Judd; his children, Gregory Howard, Michael W. Howard (Lorraine), Dawn M. Howard, Shannon L. Illig (Brian) and Heather Kutek (Lowell Sines); and his pets, Wally and Theo. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
