It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Hightower of Carbondale, Pennsylvania, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on June 28, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Carol A. Swingle; his parents, Angus Wesley and Audry Lee Bloodworth Hightower; and his brother Steve Hightower. He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth, Bruce and Jeff Hightower; and his sister-in-law Rebecca Hightower of Mission, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
