She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Gerald P. Savage; her parents, Alberta Gregory Costantino of Waymart and Anthony Guy Costantino; her daughters, April Savage-Mushow (Joseph) of Carbondale, PA, Gerilyn Sansky (Steve) of Carbondale, PA and Samantha Stolarik of Prompton, PA; her son-in-law Steve Stolarik of Carbondale, PA; her grandsons, Guy, Dean Mushow, Connor, Corey Sansky, Alexander and Stephen Stolarik; her great grandchild Natalie Stolarik; and her brothers, Joel Costantino of Waymart, PA, Todd Costantino of Moosic, PA and Dean Costantino. She was also cherished by several nieces and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations to assist with funeral expenses.
