He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Pelak and Ann Rozdilski Pelak. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his daughter-in-law Shana; his nephew Josh Boris; his sons, Matthew Pelak (Scott Twp) and Chris Pelak (Emily Heim); and his nephew Joshua Boris. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
