He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Makosky and Antoinette Jacobina Makosky. He is survived by: his wife Paula Kernan Makosky; his children, Leo Makosky of Rochester, N. Y. and Stephanie Makosky Veto (Matthew); his granddaughter Autumn; his daughter Amy Plimpton of Orange Park, Fla.; and his grandchildren, Kylie, Alexis and Tyler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Thomas A. Makosky, 66, of Mayfield, died Wednesday June 3rd at Hershey Medical Center due to complications from COVID-19.
