He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ciesielski and Mary A. Barron Ciesielski; his sister Celia Gallis (Anthony); his brothers-in-law, Barry Mancini and Jack Simon (Janet); and his godson Wesley Tolley.
He is survived by: his family, Dr. Ferdinand J. Manahan, Scranton, Dr. Matthew Haley, Joan Cerra and Tom; his sisters, Florence Mancini and Irene Foley (Jim); his brother-in-law Wesley Tolley; and his godchildren, Edward Gallis, David Mancini and Brittany Melone Marcinkevich.
