She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Lloyd Carachilo. She is survived by: her father Thomas Carachilo; her children, Shane Phillips, Alena Phillips and Kylah Biglin; her former husband Wayne Phillips (Lucikay); and her mother-in-law Anne Drugatz. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home, Inc. (55 Lincoln Ave, Carbondale, PA 18407). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Geisinger Frank M. and Dorothea Henry Cancer Center 1000 E. Mountain Dr. Wilkes-Barre, PA, 18711 would be appreciated.
