He was predeceased by: his siblings, Pat, Joe, Jack, Jim Durkin and Ann Marie Petrini.

He is survived by: his brothers, Wally Durkin of Carbondale, Jerry Durkin (Judy) of Carbondale and Carl Durkin. He is also survived by 26 nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews; cousins.
