He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Maguire and Vivian Kiernan Maguire; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his brother Thomas Maguire (Allison); and his nieces and nephews, Michael (Erin), Mark, Chris (Maria), Paul Maguire (Marisa), Shannon Gagel and Kerry Hutmacher (Scott).
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home, Inc. (55 Lincoln Ave, Carbondale, PA 18407). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (6 N Church St, Carbondale, PA 18407). A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at the Cathedral Cemetery (1708 Oram St, Scranton, PA 18504).
