He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Whitelavich and Anna B. Kozuch Whitelavich. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Borysiak; his children, Richard Whitelavich (Renee), Bob Curtis (Angie), Marty Supeck (Jill), Childs, Beth Whitelavich (Lauren) and Amy Curtis (Jeff); his grandchildren, Katelyn (Jesse), Emily (Phillip), Megan (Brianna), Ronald, Carlie, Will and Ben; his brother John Whitelavich (Diane); his aunts, Sophie Konish and Marci Cantwell; and his sister-in-law Mary O'Neill. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
