He is survived by: his parents, Richard W. Vail, Sr. and Kathryn Ann Serniak (Steve); his children, Madison, Brandon, Brody and Bryer; his sister Niki Hocking (John) of Holly Springs, NC; and his grandmother Jeanne Bell. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
