We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2023, at the age of 85, Richard E. Lupyak of Carbondale, Pennsylvania, born in Forest City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Moran; his parents, Joseph Lupyak and Mary Adlis Lupyak; and his sister Marion. He is survived by: his children, Marion Yurgosky (Keith) of Newton Lake, PA and Edward Lupyak of Truckee, CA.; his grandchildren, Annie, Emily, Maggie Yurgosky, Charlotte, Beck and Wyatt Lupyak; and his siblings, Joseph of Fayetteville, NC and Helen of Carbondale, PA..
In lieu of flowers, donations were made to Meals on Wheels of NEPA, 541 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton, PA 18509.
