He is survived by: his children, Melissa Schwartz (Jay) and Richard Chaballa; his significant other Kathy Mitchell; his grandsons, Jason Schwartz (Ashley) and Steven Schwartz (Sara); his brother George Chaballa (Bonnie); and his niece Beth Ann.
