She was predeceased by: her husband Benjamin "Tim" Smith; her parents, Edward J. and Frances Lawrence Bazil, Sr.; and her brothers, Edward Jr. and George Bazil.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Smith-Korman (Brian). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
