He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John "Johnny" Gallagher and Mary Manley Gallagher; his wife Mary; his children, Casey Haran Gallagher of Hong Kong, Paul Garrett Gallagher of Sanford and Sarah Jane Gallagher of Arlington, Virginia; his brother Bobby (Barbara Gallagher) of Harrisburg; his cousins, Tom Gallagher of Scranton and Jack Gallagher of Annapolis, Maryland; and his grandchildren, Kenzie Hope Gallagher and Caden Joseph Almeida. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
The family kindly asks that all those attending the viewing or funeral please wear a mask.
