She was predeceased by: her father Michael Angelo Galati. She is survived by: her mother Carmella Galati; her daughters, Shannon Rock (Brian) and Lauren Andzulis (Corey Petrokonis); her grandchild Madison Rock; her daughter Chase Petrokonis; her former husband Michael Andzulis; her siblings, Joseph Galati and Theresa Kaminsky (Stanley); her nephew Stanley Kaminsky Jr.; and her great-niece Lilliana Cerra.
