He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Rugar and Linda Rugar Sr. (Jacob); and his brother James Rugar. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Rugar and Tracey Nelson (CaRon) of Lodi, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and great nephews.
