She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Mead and Thelma Decker Mead; and her siblings, Bentley, Raymond "Buck", Leo "Hoss", Kieth "Tuffy" and Debbie Mead.

She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Ondrako (Raymond); her grandchildren, Katrina and Raymond, Jr.; and her siblings, Norman Mead (June), Joe Mead (Linda), Rachel Hunt (Charles), Roseleen Whitmore (Edward), Larry Mead (Nancy), Tony Mead (Lisa) and Teddy Mead (Audrey). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home (513 Main St, Forest City, PA 18421). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the same location.
