She was predeceased by: her husband Natale Perri; her parents, Walter Balkan and Nellie Leskofsky Balkan; and her sisters, Lorraine Myers and Regina Gensini.

She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Klemens (Mark); and her granddaughter Jacqueline Klemens of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
