He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rushen and Anna Pepson Rushen; and his sister Gayle D'Amelio. He is survived by: his siblings, Catherine Uram (John), Diane Adams (John) and Richard Rushen (Susan); and his brother-in-law Gerald D'Amelio. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; and 18 great nieces and great nephews.
