He was predeceased by: his parent Gaetano "Thomas". He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. Lentz; his parent Mary Molinaro Gatto; his child Regina Luchonok; his grandchildren, Lindsey Luchonok, Nicholas Luchonok, Jr. and Riley Gatto; and his siblings, Marie Jackson of Carbondale, PA, Carmelita Potash and Thomas Gatto of Archbald, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
