He was predeceased by: his wife Cherith Keisling; and his parents, Joseph Mikulak and Betty Hunt Mikulak. He is survived by: his children, Roshelle Coleman (Kevin), Audrey Conflitti (Michael), Joseph Mikulak (Diana) and Jonathan Mikulak (West); his grandchildren, Michael John, Paige, Noah and Isabella; and his sisters, Ann Morris (Thomas) and Catherine Mussari. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to the Berean Baptist Church, 33 Lincoln Ave., Carbondale, PA 18407.

“Iam sorry I didn't have the opportunity to know John personally, However I have known Audrey and her family for 33 years and I believe the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I have heard wonderful things about all of his children and he left this world a proud father. A simple man that took nothing for granted right up to his final hours. Gatorade and good conversation, it doesn't get more doable than that. God bless your family as the Eiden family will pray for the family to find peace”
