With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Marie (Malinowski) Hanchak (Carbondale, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 21, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William B. Hanchak; her parents, Victor Malinowski and Rose Dumback Malinowski; her grandson Eric Duerr; and her siblings, Chester, Albin, John, Joseph Malinowski, Renee Thornton, Helen Hawrylo, Eleanor Sarnoski, Lillian Malinowski and Berty Langol.
She is survived by: her children, William E. Hanchak (Youron) and Susan Duerr (Todd); and her grandchildren, Brad and Natalie Duerr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
