Hoffman Jr.; her children, Charles Chapple, III, Christina Hoffman, Sharon Fornicola, Ashley Chapple, Joseph Chapple, Duane Eddy Sheare, Jr. and Bradley Hoffman; and her siblings, Nancy L. Batterson and John D. Hoffman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (89 Farview St, Carbondale, PA 18407).
