He is survived by: his children, James R Plevyak (Lisa), Michele (Scott Bevacqua) and Simpson; his brother Robert Plevyak (Mary); his grandchildren, Corey Plevyak, Ryan, Codie Bailey, Kelsey Bossick, Austin Suchniak and Abygale Plevyak; his great grandchildren, Raelynn, Cohen Plevyak, Violet Bailey and Alyvia Jones; and his nieces, Sheri Knecht, Colleen Buell and Charlene Plevyak.
