He is survived by: his parents, Harvey Kellogg and Mary Kellogg (Collura); his wife Michelle Cosklo Kellogg; his siblings, Harvey Kellogg (Valerie Bodine), Carol (Michael Sabatelle) and Tammy Kellogg; and his nephews, Brad Kellogg, Michael Sabatelle, Jr. and Preston Cosklo.
