With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen (Laba) Revak (Carbondale, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 31, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Basil Revak; her parents, Michael Laba and Julia Petrilak Laba; her daughter-in-law Carol Revak; and her brother Vladimir Laba.
She is survived by: her children, Rosemary Revak Curry (Joseph), Michael and John Revak. She is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
