He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dougher and Genevieve Kerl Dougher; and his siblings, Joseph Dougher and Lorraine Connell. He is survived by: his former wife Pam Dougher; his children, David, Travis, Jennifer Dougher and Mary; his sister Margaret Jane Dougher of Carbondale; and also, Michelle Lloyd of Carbondale, Rachel Rohrbach of Carbondale, Brandy Lloyd of Carbondale, Eugene Lloyd of Carbondale, Erin Lloyd of Simpson, Katelynn Lloyd of Virginia and Michael Lloyd of Spring Brook. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
