She was predeceased by: her husband James J. Fazio, Jr.; her parents, J. Russell Owens and Marie Byer Owens; and her sister Eleanor White. She is survived by: her friend Jim Henning; her children, Donna Chindemi of Carbondale, PA and Glen Shifler (Caroline) of Greenfield Township, PA; her stepchildren, Debra Morgan, James Fazio (Maureen), David Fazio (Terry) and Deane Fazio; her grandchildren, Sarah Shifler, Jennier Shifler, Jason Shifler (Nicole) and Lilian Applegate; her stepgrandsons, David Fazio, Colton Fazio and Curtis Chervanka; and her great grandchildren, Sophia Applegate and Jake Shifler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
