She is survived by: her children, Michele Mosolino, Uniondale, Cindy Arthur and William Wormuth (Tami); her grandchildren, Marcus Arthur, Jessie Grizzanti, Philip Mosolino, Makaila Mosolino, Summer Wormuth and Ryan Wormuth; and her brother Leslie Turpack. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
