He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Bannon and Miriam Ryan Bannon; and his siblings, Joseph, Ambrose, Jr., Robert Bannon, Rose Mary McCann and Betty Ann Hunter.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Irving; his son Ryan Bannon (Randi); his grandchildren, Colin, Killian and Kaci Bannon; his niece Debbie Trzcinski; and his pet Mikey. He is also survived by nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home, Inc. (55 Lincoln Ave, Carbondale, PA 18407). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Trinity Episcopal Church (58 River St, Carbondale, PA 18407). A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the Valley View Memorial Park (1502 Lakeland Dr, Jermyn, PA 18433).
Memorial donations may be made to the Trinity Episcopal Church, Carbondale, or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
