She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph J. Van Nort; her parents, Adam Lutchko and Rose Gorel Lutchko; and her siblings, Adam Lutchko and Dolores Lutchko.
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Joseph Van Nort (Elizabeth), Clearwater Beach, Dr. James Van Nort (Abby Gordon) of Louisville, KY and Robert Van Nort; her grandchildren, Ashley, Joseph D., Caroline, Jasentha, Joshua and Warren Van Nort; and her great grandchild Colton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
