He is survived by: his children, David Colachino (Jennifer) of Clifford Township, PA, Matthew "Pete" Colachino of Carbondale, PA, Daniel Colachino (Jennifer) of West Clifford, PA, Nick Colachino (Kira) of Carbondale, PA and Karen Jankowski of Simpson, PA; his grandchildren, Danny, Tyler, Matthew, Shane, Austin, Jasmin Colachino, Donald Depew and John Usher; his great grandchildren, MaKenzie and Kylee Colachino; and his sisters, Anna Evans of Mechanicsburg, PA, Mary Ambrosecchia of Carbondale, PA, Joann Chumard of Eynon, PA and Carol Munley of Jessup, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
