He was predeceased by: his father Gerard Holterback; his brother Brian Holterback; and his uncle Donnie Gunter. He is survived by: his mother Tammy Gunter Woodward; his stepfather Chad Woodward; his siblings, Rachel Stubber (Justin), Eric Holterback and Robert Woodward; his wife Ashley; his children, Landon, Liam, Lucas, Laykin and Davina; and his stepgrandparents, Raymond and Kim Woodward. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
