He is survived by: his children, James Rushworth of Meshoppen, PA, Charles Puza, IV, Joseph Puza of Carbondale, PA, John Puza of Carbondale, PA, Tracy Lombardo of Olyphant, PA, Stephen Puza of Hernando, FL and Connie Milliken of Shortsville, NY; his sisters, Frances Clements of Hernando, FL and Irene Puza of Boca Raton, FL; and his daughter Rose Peters. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
