She is survived by: her daughter Diane Telemko; her grandchildren, Tara Steiner (Matthew), W. Va, Jason Nepa (Jessica) and Jefferson Twp; and her great grandchildren, Berkeley Nepa, Cole Nepa and Landon Steiner. She is also survived by sister.
