She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Swingle and Frances Waibel Swingle. She is survived by: her husband William S. Hightower; her sons, Kenneth Hightower, Bruce Hightower and Jeff Hightower; and her brothers, Fred Swingle and Richard Swingle. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
