She is survived by: her husband Donald "Ducky" Wormuth; her children, D. J. Wormuth (Gina) and Tricia Lorenzetti (David) of Carbondale Twp; her grandchildren, Kaylee, Kyle Lorenzetti, Liam and Aubree Wormuth; and her brothers, John Howard Lutz (Judy) and Robert Lutz (Joann). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
