She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Mikulak; her parents, Lester Hunt and Lucy Barrett Hunt; and her siblings, Ronald, Gerald, Robert Hunt, Blanche Chervanka, Dorothy Corrnuch and Cheryl Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Morris (Thomas) of Waymart, Catherine Mussari of Waymart and John Mikulak; her grandchildren, Kimberly Tomaine, Keith Esbensen, Rochelle Coleman, Audrey Conflitti, Jon and Joseph Mikulak; her great grandchildren, Kris, Jeremey, Adam Tomaine, Noah, Isabella Coleman, Mike, Paige Conflitti and Jess Esbensen; and her great great grandchild Cathlina Tomaine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Betty's name to the donor's favorite charity.
