He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur C. and Marguerite Holt Wiggins Sr.; his daughter Deborah Wiggins; and his brother Joseph Wiggins. He is survived by: his children, Robert Wiggins of Carbondale, William Wiggins (Elizabeth) of Carbondale, James Wiggins (Laura) of Carbondale and Thomas Wiggins (Holly) of Carbondale. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
