He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Canfield. He is survived by: his wife Kim Sinibaldi; his daughter Brittany Canfield; his mother Diane Christian Canfield; his siblings, Becky, Elaine Canfield, Eugene Canfield (Linda), Lawrence Canfield, Ronald Canfield (Judy), Ray Canfield (Lillian) and Billy Walters; and his siblings-in-law, Dan Kilmer, Amber Kilmer and Peggy Sinibaldi (James Schwalm). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
