He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Merle and Louise Ann Strout (Stichweh); his parents-in-law, Clara May Bastion (Bassett) and Arthur Stanley Bastion; his granddaughter Raya Marie Strout; and his siblings-in-law, Melinda Strout, Margaret Bastion (Peg), Christine Bastion, Richard Bastion and Arthur Bastion (Pete).
He is survived by: his son Robert Warren Strout (Melissa); his wife Donna Marie Bastion; his grandsons, Warren Lee Strout (Laura) and Aaron Strout; his great grandchildren, Nikolai Warren Strout and Patience Marie Mangano; his brother Roger Strout; and his siblings-in-law, Millie Castle (Jim), Dan Bastion (Sue), Bob Bastion (Bonnie), Sheldon Bastion (Joy) and Dallas Bastion (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
