He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Pepper and Ella Mae Pepper (Kelley); his wife Janet W. Morgan; his daughter Laurie Ann Pepper; and his great grandchild Evan Andrew Pepper.
He is survived by: his children, Deb Wooster (Don), Michelle Jennings (Jim) and Thomas Pepper (Brenda); his brothers, Jack Pepper (Judy) and Don Pepper (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Stephanie Dean (Jeff), Nathan Wooster (Jenn), Travis Pepper (Amanda), Taylor Pepper (Lacy), T. Andrew Pepper (Shawna), Jonathan Pepper (Kristin), Wesley Jennings (Annie), Ashlynn Bush (Mark) and Caleb Jennings (Ciara). He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Leroy Independent Baptist Church, 301 Mill Street, Canton, PA 17724.
