Richard Packard Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Packard (Canton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 23, 2019 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Packard to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Niles Raymond Packard and Vera Packard Snyder (Nesbitt); his stepfather John Snyder; his brother Larry Packard; and his parents-in-law, Harold and Shirley Morgan.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Morgan; his children, Robin Palmer (Scott) of Canton and Richard Packard (Laura) of Bremerton, WA; his grandchildren, Jessica, Morgan Palmer of Canton, Anthony and Miana Packard of Bremerton, WA; his great grandchild Ellie Rae of Canton; his sister Linda Patson (Ron) of Lopez; his aunt Elizabeth Packard; his cousin Ann Marie Kennedy of Elmira, NY; and his pet Chico. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.

Family will provide flowers and suggests that memorial's in Richard's name be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516 or Seraphim, 424 Marsh Hill Road, Trout Run, PA 17771 (a local veteran help group) or to a charity of one's choice.
