She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosemary Arlene Williams (Thomas) and Harry Irvin Williams; and her brothers, Irvin Harry Williams of Ventura Ca and Dave Larue Williams of Oxnard. She is survived by: her son Shawn Spencer (Lisa) of Masontown, WV; her sister Betty Oakley (Paul T.) of Liberty; her grandchildren, Tiffany Spencer, Westlyn Spencer, Ashley Jennings, Scott Jennings (Destiny) and Amanda Jennings; her great grandchildren, Lincoln Jennings and Hailey Jennings; her nieces and nephews, Shane Koser (Cheley), Todd Koser (Angel), Cassandra Peffer (Foster) and Tanya Finnerty; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kerry Koser (Paul), Adrian Koser, Cordell McIlwain, Nina Peffer, Gunner Koser, Kyler Koser and Britny Sager. She is also survived by friends and family.
