He was predeceased by: his brother Marvin Rappaport. He is survived by: his wife Anne H. Rappaport; and his daughter Ellen Tanowitz (Chuck) of Newton, Mass. He is also survived by three grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Temple Israel, Wilkes-Barre or another charitable organization.
