He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Carroll Maynard and Verna Maynard; and his sister Faith Diane Maynard. He is survived by: his siblings, Allaire Bascom (Stephen) of Warrenton, VA, Laurel Caton (William) of Charlottesville, VA and Rev. Michael Maynard (Linda) of Conklin, NY.; his aunt Gail Dutcher; and his cousin Sandy Nowakowski. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
