He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Ragan and Edna Ragan (Miller); his son Michael "Chopper" Ragan; his siblings, Gloria Wilcox, Howard Ragan and Lois Harold (Paul); and his nephew Ronnie Ragan.
He is survived by: his wife Nona Gail; his daughter Paula Neal (Michael) of Liberty; his grandchildren, Travis Neal of Liberty and Alane Giebner (Dylan) of Canton; his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Reagan Giebner; his siblings, Randy Ragan, Dave Ragan (Cheryl), Rita Ragan and Paul "Mooch" Ragan; and his sister-in-law Lucille Ragan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, dear neighbors and friends.
