He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Horace D. Welch and Mary Harriett Welch (Rockwell); his wife Marilyn; and his children, Susan Farrell of Mansfield, Dennis, Roger Welch of Troy, Mary Ellen Boubelik of St. Paul, MN, Vonnie and Waters of Hanover, MN. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
